• Designs products according to customer needs and requirements, to line technology and to financial requirements;
• Develops and offers packaging solutions in terms of quality, profitability, design and mutually benefit for the customer and for the company;
• Promote innovation culture in projects and create packaging solution which differentiates company from competitors;
• Together with customer and Key account managers establish commune shares for each product;
• Realizes for the client case studies solutions and agree with sales all the client needs;
• Anticipates and offers responses to client requests, in order to offer the best packaging solution;
• Offers to the rest of organization prime and vital information about product price and production costs;
• Propose materials, board grades, routing in order to achieve cost efficiency for products;
• Networking with other sites of the company to develop the products or to access different levels of knowledge;
• Technical University degree;
• Minim 4 years experience in industrial design and 2 years experience in engineering and production;
• Computer skills (Excel)- advanced and CAD, Photoshop, Corel Draw;
• Experience reading technical drawings, specification, reports;
• The ability to create innovation solutions;
• Solid understanding of client deliverables and ability to take responsibility for them;
• Ability to work with a large variety of clients;
• Excellent organization and communication skills;
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines;
• Leadership skills and experience in leading a team will be an advantage;
• English language - advanced
