- Establishes processes and equipment needed for new projects
- Establishes cycle time required from assembly line based on customer demand
- Establishes number of needed people
Establishes line concept feeding and feeding frequency
- Site capacity analyze
- Establishes line layout
- Elaborates PFMEA
- Makes workstations design
- Rise technical specifications for each stations
- Identify and qualify potential suppliers for making workstations
- Request quotation from suppliers
- Select suppliers based on benchmark process
- Request and monitories equipment tracking report from suppliers
- Performs pre acceptance for equipment/tools on supplier site
- Performs equipment/tools acceptance on Mahle site
- Define working parameters for all stations/ equipment
- Define preventive maintenance annual schedule and activities
- Elaborates product folder for transfer to production
- Perform process validation
- Prove the station cycle time during R@R trial
- Motorize the performance of the line after SOP and perform continues improvements in term of quality rate and line efficiency.
- Very good knowledge of technical drawings
- Very good knowledge of pneumatic and automations principles.
- Good knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 quality system
- Good understanding of costs/revenues, production costs
- Flexibility, mobility, team work, loyalty and integrity
- English – Advanced/German is a plus
