RESPONSABILITATI

- To provide professional and efficient support to the recruitment service delivered into assigned geographical scope as per local specificities, including managing end-to-end recruitment process for limited volumes of low complexity requirements;
- Gathers all necessary info related to client recruitment need from hiring managers, HR / other relevant interfaces; this includes JD, profile description, business info, process / country specific constrains, market info;
- Ensuring all roles are posted on internal / external career portal, as applicable, according to client procedures;
- Direct search: Proactively searching for relevant talent for every role using internal / external sourcing channels as applicable (Taleo candidate database, Linkedin, country job boards, professional groups, etc.);
- Candidate pre/screening and selection for shortlist (CV screening, phone screening) ;
- Ensure competency based interviews are conducted as per project requirements (depending on position level / complexity, by applicable interviews i.e. recruiter or local HR POC);
- Deliver HR evaluation reports to HM/ HR POC for the interviewed candidates ;
- Organize status / debrief calls for decision making purposes i.e. on recruitment strategy, selecting final candidate, validating offer package, etc.;
- Research and prepare inputs / recommendations for offer package (i.e. C&B details aligned with country salary ranges, team average, market context);
- Communicate offer to identified candidate after receiving all necessary validations (HM/HR);
- Ensure all necessary hire docs / info are collected and trigger the teams involved in on-boarding process;
- Manage all recruitment related activities through existing tools (i.e. Taleo, EBSuite, activity log).


CERINTE

- Direct search exposure (awareness of various channels / methods);
- Minimum 3 years interviewing experience;
- Fluent in English and any other European language;
- Bachelor’s degree in Law / Psychology or other relevant studies;
- Able to work effectively and remotely (virtual working) in multi-organization, multicultural environments;
- Able to efficiently organize own work and multitask;
- Customer orientation, effective communication and problem solving ability;
- Team orientation;
- Intermediate / Advanced use of MS Office pack.
