HR Recruiter - Craiova location Timisoara , West Romania

YOUR TASKS // You will be working within Hella Romania Human Resources Department. Your duties are both demanding and varied. You will work in the worldwide institution and you will be responsible for managing recruiting processes (interviews, assessments, tests). You will drive the recruitment campaigns for the new openings. You will ensure prescreening and preselecting candidates to build the short list of applicants for our Technical Center in Craiova and you will maintain candidates database. Also, you have to provide recruitment information for vacant positions.  

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS // In order to be successful in this position it is mandatory to have at least 1 year experience in the recruitment area. You have competency in MS Office applications – Excel, Power Point, but also knowledge of legal aspects of the recruitment and hiring process. Your very good command of English, initiative and pro-active approach makes you the perfect candidate, alongside your willingness to travel and interest in working with people.
