Pentru clientul sau, o companie multinationala, leoHR recruteaza:

Helpdesk Support cu germana

Responsabilitati:
-Solutioneaza cererile si raspunde prompt intrebarilor clientilor in scris si verbal
-Solutioneaza si gestioneaza reclamatiile clientilor
-Utilizeaza tool-urile interne de suport pentru a raspunde corect clientilor si in acord cu procedurile existente
-Realizeaza inregistrarile actiunilor realizate conform procedurilor existente


CERINTE

-Nivel avansat de limba germana si limba engleza (neaparat amandoua)
-Orientat spre client si spre rezolvarea cererilor acestora
-Abilitati excelente de comunicare
-Capacitate foarte buna de organizare si prioritizare
-Cunostinte de utilizare calculator (Microsoft Office, e-mail, Internet)
-Disponibilitatea de a participa si de a finaliza cu succes trainingul initial
-Disponibilitate de lucru pe doua schimburi
-Studii: minim studii liceale
