Responsibilities:
• Perform order processing and invoicing, reporting/statistics (internal and external), control the pricing policy and monitor the sales order status (back orders, on time deliveries and accuracies etc.)
• Cooperate with European sales force on a monthly basis to provide the forecast to the production’s hubs
• Follow up on production hubs for lead times, production schedules, deliveries and problems.
• Ensure the minimization of the storage period for the products at company facilities
• Collaborate with Service Operations to ensure customers’ optimum after sales service.
• Ensure prompt and accurate information on invoicing issues
• Ensure efficient co-ordination of third parties in order to accomplish the invoicing and delivery planning according to company plans & customer's needs.
Requirements
• Fluent in English and German
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP represents an advantage)
• Experience (ca. 3 years) in Sales Administration (Order Management, Logistics Administration, Planning & Forecasting or equivalent are also acceptable)
