• transmitere de informatii de la planneri catre soferii precum si de la soferi catre planneri,
• rezolvare probleme tehnice de natura urgenta precum si mentananta regulata (programari la service), evidenta orelor de program ale soferilor, urmarirea curselor, traseelor,
• comunicare foarte stransa cu clientii cu privire la ore de condus, tip de marfa, dimensiuni, ore estimative de sosire etc.
• limba engleza la nivel avansat,
• preferabil experientain domeniul transporturilor si lucrul cu soferi de camion,
• atentie distributiva,
• personalitate dinamica,
• grad mare de adaptabilitate.
