Design, implement and deliver the required performance data reports (NE specific or network/service traffic related threshold crossings, capacity reports, SLAs, Operational process metrics, internal productivity and quality metrics) to support proactive and reactive management of external contractual performance commitments; internal operational performance commitments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implementing, and maintenance the performance data collection and reporting infrastructure.
• Deliver the required performance data reports:
o NE specific or network/service traffic related
o Threshold crossings, capacity reports
o SLAs
o Alarm trend analysis.
• Responsible of cost allocation data collection
• Deliver Business volume reporting (Operational process metrics, internal productivity and quality metrics).
• Responsible for developing, delivering, automating of daily, weekly and monthly QoS and network performance reporting.
• Accountable for the KPI & PI reporting delivery.
• Prime Contract Management interface for all performance reporting activities needed in the execution of the contract.
• Participate in projects related to the Network technical evolution to provide specific quality reports, analysis and acceptance after any SW upgrade implementation.
• Review and constantly improve the systems, tools, processes and procedures in use and continuously improve current way of working (own driven improvement programs).
SKILLS
• Language knowledge: fluently English (writing and speaking)
• Experience with building highly interactive, highly trafficked, database driven web applications.
• Experience in working with one the following web technologies: PHP, Java Script, HTML, Ajax, Apache, etc.
• SQL & RDBMSs experience with Oracle/MSSQL/MySQL
• C++/C# Programming knowledge
• SSIS/ODI experience
• Linux/Unix knowledge
• ETL/Data Warehousing experience
• CRM/Ticketing Systems understanding (Remedy, Clarify CRM)
• IP Networking knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in building APIs.
• Experience in reporting for financial departments.
• Experience in real time QoS monitoring and reporting requirements and is used to a constantly changing environment.
