- assist customers according to their requests;
- edit documents necessary for customers, partners and company;
- liaise between clients, the company and its partners;
- switchboard work – answering/transferring calls, responding to enquiries, chat;
- excellent logic skills are a plus.

CERINTE

Here is what we need from you:
- advanced verbal and written communication skills in French (is a must) and English;
- multi-tasking and organization skills and a customer-oriented attitude;
- competent computer skills and knowledge of Word and Excel;
- team player, self-motivated, dynamic, careful to details, sociable.
