• Communicate effectively with sales department regarding customer accounts
• Responsible for regular forecasting and status reporting for portfolio
• Participate in client conference calls
• Manage a collection portfolio through: collection calls and escalations, issuing dunning letters to overdue accounts;dispute resolution; reconciliations.
• University degree in economical field or related
• Previous experience in collection/client service/billing/accounts receivable, at least 2 years
• Fluency in French and English
• Strong attention to details
• Team player with good communication skills
• Client oriented
• Proficient with MS Office suite
