RESPONSABILITATI

• Qualified Chartered Accountant /Cost Accountant with post qualification experience of 7 years and MBA-Finance.
• Prior experience in forecasting/budgeting & MIS reporting is mandatory
• Possess good communication skills.
• Excellent People management skills and should have capacity to manage larger team spans
• Strong accounting background. Should be familiar with Accrual process
• Strong understanding of both financial and operational processes
• Ability to provide meaningful and accurate financial information
Good analytical skills; ability to understand and interpret financial results
• Ability to work across multiple entities and / or functional areas
Strong PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint, SAP
• Functional competencies - Knowledge and Skills in the following areas:
• Fluency in French and English
• Availability to travel or to relocate to Timisoara.


CERINTE

• The role holder provides support / co-ordination to the Global Process Owners / Managers and Client.
• He/ she will work closely with Chief Accounting Officer of Accenture client based in France;
• The primary responsibility is to manage a team, which would work on Finance& Accounting processes.
• He/ she will act as a SPOC for controllers on all outsourcing related queries.
• He/ she is responsible for managing the Close Process, Management reporting, ensure statutory & regulatory compliance, team status meetings, provide required domain expertise in F&A processes, regular and ad hoc reporting, analyze transactions, explain variances and general support for F&A processes.
