RESPONSABILITATI

Main tasks (for RHEOLOGICAL SIMULATIONS):
Generate Mold-flow for different components (plastic and die-cast)
Perform rheological simulations
Identify production problems and propose countermeasures (injection concept, part design, tool and cooling design)
Transfer material properties to FE models

Main tasks (for STRUCTURAL SIMULATIONS):
Generate FE-Meshes for different components (plastic and die-cast)
Perform static and dynamic FE simulations
Identify component weakness and propose countermeasures
Collaborate with CAE contact person in Germany and/or project team and/or production plant


CERINTE

Experience with rheological simulation software (MOLDFLOW) - for RHEOLOGICAL SIMULATIONS
Experience with Finite Element Pre-/Post processing (ANSA, MEDINA) - for STRUCTURAL SIMULATIONS
Experience with Finite Element simulation software (PERMAS, ABAQUS) - for STRUCTURAL SIMULATIONS

Material knowledge (resin, metals)
University degree in physics, mechanical engineering or material science
Assertiveness, resilience and excellent communication skills
Efficient operation and high degree of autonomy
English and/or German spoken and written
