Your Functions// In your role you will be focused on offering support for Hella Electronics Managing Director. Your specific tasks in this job will include: organize Managing Director’s agenda, including business trip planning (using specific tools), reservations, organize visits from guests, both internal and external. You will manage the information flow, phone, e-mails, correspondence, re-directing to the appropriate departments. Also, you will be in contact with colleagues from other Hella sites, on specific issues, in order to plan and organize the needed activities.

Your Competence// You will have previous experience in a similar position, in a multinational environment, preferably for a top management position. You have excellent knowledge of English, German and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excell, Word). You are a trusted and reliable person, with excellent organizing and planning skills, empathic and an excellent communicator.
