AGORA Human Resources assists Romflag in the recruitment process for the Manager Assistant position.

Romflag is the biggest serigraphic flag producer in Romania. Tasks and responsabilities:

I. Management and Administrative tasks
- Representing the Administrator, making administrative decisions and taking actions on her behalf based on knowledge of the company's organization, priorities, policies and personnel
- Manage the Administrator's business and personal calendar
- Schedule and prepare for meetings and conference calls with internal and external parties
- Coordinate and manage daily schedule and appointment logistics
- Handle confidential correspondence and documentation
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and team members
- Manage priorities with an understanding of which activities are most appropriate for the allocation of the Administrator's time

II. Commercial tasks
- Responsible for the order intake from Belgium
- Follow-up of the order through the production
- Checking the packing of the materials
- Organizing the transport of the materials
- Issuing the invoices, packing lists and other documents


CERINTE

Requirements
- For this position, we are considering both mid-level and entry-level candidates: prior experience as a General Manager assistant or Commercial assistant is an advantage, but is not mandatory
- Fluent English language skills
- University graduate
- Positive, “can do” attitude, strong motivation
- Willingness to participate at a 1-week training session in Belgium
