CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
EN 287-1 welders qualification
ALL WELDER CERTIFICATION NEEDED APPROVAL FROM (NOTIFY BODY) e.s. UDT --TUV
They need to have all of those experiences: Platting, Welding, pipefitting, setting. But not properly welding, the job is more consisting in manufacturing Compressors following a drawing.
Experience of working on large international sites abroad would be an advantage.
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The Group of Companies operate in the fabrication of equipment , and maintenance of industrial plants in the oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical and power generation.
Also is specialized in heavy-duty applications, design, manufacture and service in the gas compression field.
The welders/pipefitters need to have all of those experiences: Platting, Welding, pipefitting, setting, but not properly welding, the job is more consisting in manufacturing Compressors following a drawing.
- To prepare piping before to send them to the welding department
- Have to make some calculations following a draw, then cut the pipes and file them
- Tack welding TIG (before sending it to the TIG welders)
- Will have to set up a section of piping following a draw
- Then fix it onto an air compressor
- Occasionally use a cutting torch or a hydraulic bending machine
Metal: stainless steel and high steel
Dimensions:
Diameter = 20 to 100 mm
Thickness = 2 to 5 mm
The selected candidates who fit with the job specification will be tested in Romania according to specific procedures.
All the positions are based in Europe.
