The furniture market is a billion dollar business that has largely gone untouched by technology. We are disrupting the interior design industry by making the process completely mobile. Our app allows us to provide users with a free curated personalized living spaces by designing according to their taste simply by chat messaging.

We are looking for upbeat, energized, personable individuals who are great at communicating and have an interest in style, design and sales!

As a Chat Support Specialist, you will convert new mobile app users into paying clients by creating the relationship, understanding their furnishing needs and acknowledging their unique style to become the Homee Expert they can rely on to help create their space design concepts and assist them in purchasing their furnishings.

The crux of this role is converting customers from chatting to buying. You will make sure the clients are always answered, engaged, and most of all happy!

This is a high visibility role in a growing company with opportunities to grow your career professionally into a leadership role or with training, becoming a Global Design Specialist.

Mission:
• Help users navigate through the Homee app.
• Assist users in their room designs by working with Homee Designers and guiding users towards products that fit their style, budget and work in spaces based on space planning guidelines.
• Inform users about their shopping options by providing them product details such as dimension, fabric, color, assembly requirements and other relevant information such as product reviews.
• Provide customer service such as order processing, shipping, returns, exchanges, price matching, refunds, delivery options and assembly services via chat and email.
• Collect data through user surveys

Qualified candidates will show their attention to detail by completing the sentence "Homee sounds FUN because ...." as the opening sentence in their cover letter.

• Technical savvy, active user of text, chat and social platforms

• Ability to juggle many things at one time

Nice to have:
• Background in Design / Sales / Marketing
• Experience working in Customer Service or Retail
