We are a U.S. based real estate company that buys and sells land parcels in a variety of locations in the USA. We need someone who is experienced in navigating and posting ads on sites like Craigslist and Backpage. We also need someone who is fluent in English both speaking and writing/reading.
We need a focused goal oriented person who is available to communicate with our team regularly through email and Skype. This position allows you to work remotely with flexible hours, but you will be required to meet our weekly goals and objectives. Training will be provided for certain tasks of the job outside of Craigslist and other well known classified websites.
-- Posting Craigslist ads in multiple Cities and uploading all text copy and pictures.
-- Posting for sale ads on other land specific websites that we advertise on
-- Posting Facebook Classified ads (non PPC) in various Groups and maintaining communication with the potential buyers from these Facebooks ads.
-- Renewing and maintaining all ads we have posted online at any given time.
-- Uploading ads onto Ebay real estate for sale category
We are looking for someone who has a very reliable internet connection, and can successfully complete our online aptitude test/evaluation. Once the right candidate is hired this position will be on a part time basis to start, but we are looking for someone who is a team player that can eventually go full time in our business. This position can lead to long term steady employment if you are committed.
