Purpose of the function:
Coordinates, organizes and assumes responsibility for all activities within the Zanesville plant (US) in line with guide lines of the Group.
Responsibilities:
• Oversees entire operation in Zanesville (US)
• Manages overall budget & costs
• Oversees continued development of processes & production performance
• Controls that OSHA regulations are respected in the company and proposes required measures to reduce work accidents
• Assumes responsibility for the IT infrastructure and software used in the company
• Assumes responsibility for meeting the requirements of Buy American Act
• Contributes to overall business development & growth into new markets
• University education, mechanical engineering
• 7 years experience in either general or senior management roles in production management, industrial engineering or quality management
• Fluent English
• Experience in development of processes + new branch development is welcome
• Excellent leadership skills
