The Role

The ability to articulate what IBM sells in terms that are relevant to the client is essential. You will work both with IBM teams and independently, rapidly assuming direct responsibility for maximizing existing and new business opportunities, in a particular specialist IT area.

Principal Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for working with potential clients to help them to understand the wide range of solutions provided by IBM and develop new business opportunities.
Working with various sources you will develop new sales opportunities, identifying the best solution and nurturing them through the early selling stages of notice, identify and validation.
Through continuous personal development you will become a subject matter expert and act as an influencer and trusted advisor for your prospect clients.
Social Media will play a big part in how you engage, interact and influence your clients.
You must have strong communication skills and be able to present complex concepts, designs and solutions, verbally and visibly.
You will always be well informed and be able to articulate changing trends in Information Technology, particularly cloud based solutions around, IaaS, PaaS and SaaS.

Qualification and Experience
You should have 3+ years of a proven track record in IT Sales or Business Development, with demonstrated skills in opportunity identification, outbound marketing campaigns, social media, pipeline progression, forecasting and management using CRM systems
Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills and focus on client satisfaction
A high level of initiative and commitment is required to enable you work in a fast moving and challenging environment
Native level of Romanian/Hungarian as well as an extensive cultural awareness of Romania / Hungary
