• Receiving and analyzing client’s orders;
• Verifying the necessary resources - technology, raw material and human resources;
• Analyze current orders and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule the production operations;
• Establishing the proper deadline according to client’s needs;
• In charge of organizing purchase orders and delivery schedules review orders;
• Keeping and updating records and information, as well as coordinating purchasing with clients and co-workers;
• Plan production tasks and schedules according to customer orders;
• Plan equipment, material and manpower requirements to execute job orders;
• Plan inventory management processes to avoid shortages and excesses;
• Monitor the execution of production plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely way;
• Communicate production status to Mangers and Customers on regular basis;
• Analyze delays and interruptions and accordingly adjust production schedule to meet deadlines;
• Provides full implementation of company’s production policies to meet objectives and clients requirements.
• University Degree in Economical engineering, Mechanical Profile, Polytechnic;
• 3 years of previous working experience in industrial planning field;
• Permanent residence in Slatina;
• Knowledge of product & process specifications;
• Familiar with planning and prioritize tasks and respecting deadline;
• Would be a plus if the candidate is familiar with 5S;
• Knowledge of SAP would be a plus;
• Good command of English;
