RESPONSABILITATI

* Developing, testing and introducing of packing and interconnection technologies for the products of the Automotive Electronic Unit
* Planning, realizing and evaluating of investigations in reference to material behavior, costs, reliability, quality and life time according to product requirements
* Verification of the packing solutions concerning project targets, deadlines, functions, legal requirements, costs, assembly
* Advancement of suitable test methods for packing issues


CERINTE

* University degree in Physics, Chemistry or Materials Science and Engineering
* Experience in similar position or other fields is a plus
* Knowledge in Process Models (e.g. V-Model, waterfall ..) is required
* Proactive and adaptable to an multinational environment
