RESPONSABILITATI

Manpower has a new recruitment project for a client from Medias - Senior Quality Engineer.

Responsibilities:
- supporting the implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment and personnel;
- defining process steps for production including set-up, documentation, training, operation, and troubleshooting using Lean Manufacturing and quality processes;
- implement, monitor, control, and continuously improve the Quality Management System that complies with ISO 9001 quality systems and other quality standards as applicable;
- establish systems and processes that ensure closed loop defect analysis to component level;
- support Fixture and Tooling buy offs;
- validate Engineering Changes Implementation and New Product Introduction;
- is the primary interface with customers on quality and process improvement issues;
- drive Lean Manufacturing principles, Statistical Process Control and DOE;
- review Quality report and perform trending analysis;
- provide support and resolving equipment and process problems as they occur on the floor;
- lead the efforts for Operator training and certification;
- demonstrated capability to drive step change improvements in quality performance;
- demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, and manage activities of multi-disciplinary teams;
- proven problem solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, define actions, and implement solutions.


CERINTE

- engineering Degree in Mechanical field;
- 3 - 5 years experience in an mechanical manufacturing environment;
- extensive familiarity with ISO 9000;
- internal auditor for ISO 9001:2008 is a plus but not mandatory;
- Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and background;
- very good English language skills;
- strong communication and computer skills;
- mechanical aptitude, initiative and ability to determine priority, positive self-confident individual who likes working with people;
- ability to communicate effectively, verbally and written, follow through and attention to detail.
