Responsibilities:
• Organizes the Fault Elimination Team activity;
• Responsible for reaching the quality targets realized by his team;
• Responsible for monitoring the reached target;
• Responsible for the personnel administration of his team;
• Responsible for the coordination of FMEA activity;
• Responsible for removing errors that occur during production process;
• Implements measures that eliminate mistakes;
• Watches over the efficiency of these measures;
• Investigates causes of errors and takes immediate actions regarding the client’ s reclamations;
• Communicates the noncompliances to the superiors.
• University Degree – Technical field;
• Knowledge regarding quality policies;
• Fluency in German and / or English – mandatory requirement;
• Computer literacy;
• Technical design knowledge;
• Experience in Automotive industry is a plus.
