• Organizes the production activity for the project that he is responsible for on his shift;
• Responsible for reaching the productivity and quality targets realized by his shift;
• Responsible for monitoring the reached target in the system and for following up the production status on each production line;
• Registers the production figures in the production reports and takes the necessary measures in order to ensure productivity, in case that the productivity target is not reached;
• Realizes meetings at the beginning of the shift with the production team leaders for planning the production on each line that he is responsible for;
• Responsible for the personnel administration on his shift.
• University Degree in Technical field;
• English and / or German language skills – medium level;
• PC operating skills – medium level;
• Experience in production field – minimum 1 year;
• Experience in personnel coordination;
• Experience in automotive industry – is a plus;
• Strong analytical skills;
