- manage partnership with Universities & Highschools (Events, Conferences, Contests, Job Fairs, sponsorship, etc)
- develop and organize University & Highschool Programs ( e.g Summer Internship Program)
- define concept and implement internal events, like Family Day, championships, CSR campaigns & special visits
- design job adds, brochures, branding materials, posters


CERINTE

- university degree in Psychology, Economics, or relevant
- event planning and organizing skills
- previous experience in Employer Branding activities;
- good communication and presentation skills
- knowledge related to HR processes and tools is a plus
- advanced english level
