As part of our HR team, the ideal candidate supports and guides our payroll and administrative team, provides coordination, and assessment processes. He coordinates all activities involving salaries, recording hours, bonuses, disciplinary actions, work contracts, helps in building the HR strategy regarding activities in his/her domain. He/she also provides continuous improvement for our existing processes.
Job description:
♦ Coordinating all activities involving salaries and bonuses;
♦ Keeping track of the recording hours update process;
♦ Coordinating all activities regarding work contracts;
♦ Coordinating activities involving disciplinary actions (sanctions, internal rules);
♦ Offering consultancy for the payroll team involving recurring problems;
♦ Team management;
♦ Performance and criterion based personnel assessment.
♦ University degree in Economics, Accounting, or Human Resources;
♦ Knowledge of HR processes;
♦ Experience in the administrative activities for large numbers of employees;
♦ Significant automotive experience;
♦ Knowledge of labour code;
♦ Experience in coordinating payroll teams represents an advantage;
♦ Knowledge of English language is mandatory;
♦ Knowledge of German language represents an advantage;
♦ Knowledge in managing work contracts and other human resources related documents;
♦ Good MS Office and specialised HR application skills.
