Job Description
• Creating sales leads
• Cold calls, arrange meetings for potential clients
• Keep sales managers up to date, summarize and analyze, inform
• Sales plan and sales strategy
• Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions.
• Make order, keep track of inventory
• Deliver products: entering request; arranging shipment; notifying customer.
• Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates;
• Monitoring - keep track of clients needs, feedback
• Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing expenses.
• Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries

• Knowledge of textile industry, fabrics, design and style
• Pattern making and knowledge of pattern making software
• Sewing knowledge and other practical knowledge of sewing machinery (embroidery)

• Keeping up-to-date with trends and innovations
• Sales and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of CRM and ERP
