Adecco Professional Placement hiring for its customer from Satu Mare a Facility Manager.
Job Profile:
Guarantee the proper delivery of FM services in the site, according to contractual conditions, company procedures and SLA, market best practice.
Deliver, supervise and improve the delivery of Preventive Maintenance Plan for the managed properties
Operate as Facility Manager for client’s properties
Supervise the activity of Technical staff operating in the properties
Identify the needs of improvements in area under his responsibilities by implementing Quality Management initiative.
Monitor and supervise the activities of his staff.
Sustain and coach his subordinates so to improve the professionalism of the team.
Create and manage budgets.
Focus on using best business practice to improve efficiency, by reducing operating costs whilst increasing productivity.
Essential job functions:
University Degree in Construction (Building Equipments& Services) or Electrical Engineering;
Fluent in English , spoken and written;
Knowledge of the practices , methods and equipment utilized in facility maintenance, construction and repair activities;
Knowledge and application of Legislation impacting on the Built environment and services, in particular related to permits and technical documentations.
Knowledge of safety best practices and regulations;
Effective computer skills, in particular the usage of MS Office package to prepare;
Reports, Data Analysis and Graph Reporting, PIVOT analysis, business presentation.
Skill in training, supervising and evaluating the work of others.
