For our client, one of the world's largest Management and Technology Consulting companies dedicated to aligning business and systems to empower Global 2000 companies and government organizations we are looking for SAP CRM Consultant.
Performance Profile:
You will serve as an SAP CRM IC WebClient Configurator, providing the DLA CRM Team with functional configuration skills for SAP CRM 4.0 or greater. You will comply with DLA and the program teams standard operating policies and procedures, perform task to implement functionality defined by the functional, develop concise documentation of the development work.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have 2+ years of experience with SAP CRM configuration and completed and certified in the following SAP class work; CR100 Overview SAP CRM; CR410 CRM Interaction Center WebClient.
- Candidate should have technical experience CRM Applications and data architecture including: system architecture, network topology, process flows, and data flow.
- 2+ years of practical experience in Service, contact center operations/management a plus.
- Bachelor¿s Degree in Business or related field, Master in related field is a plus.
- Experience in Public Sector is a plus.

- Fluency in English
- French and/or German is a plus

- Candidate must be self-motivated, assertive while possessing the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment.
- Candidate should have experience in a structured, controlled development, test, and production environment
Logistics:
Travel requirement: available for travel all around the Europe during the weekly working days.
