The core aspect of the job will involve assisting the Recruitment Consultants, Sales Executives and Management with:
• CV writing
• Interview scheduling
• Document verification & management and other administrative tasks
• Communicating with candidates
• Database management
• Other tasks as required
We are looking for team players who are looking to add value and broaden their horizons – there will also be aspects of sales, marketing, research and more.
We are looking for bright, talented individuals with enthusiasm and an open mind.
The standard core skills & attributes are essential:
• Excellent English language skills
• Good computer literacy
• Honesty and Integrity
• Able to use initiative and work unsupervised when needed
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Be able to work Proactively as part of a team
• A good working ethic
However, in addition, we’re interested to talk to candidates who feel they are a cut above the rest, and are keen to prove this and be part of a increasingly expanding organisation.
A significant amount previous experience is not essential, and we are interested to talk to applicants from all academic disciplines. Knowledge of another foreign language is not necessary, but is an asset.
