Your ResponsibilitiesTaking care on whole mechanical package (compression machine), mechanical, steel structures, vessels, pipes, valves and electric parts
To supervise the manufacturing of the packages
To check all drawings and documents
To check the status of manufacturing and the interphases to the plant
To compare the ordered package specification with the deliveries
To take part on trips to the manufacturers factories for Expediting and FAT
Material Check and list of machines and vessels and valves
Check specifications of all parts of the packages
Participate in the supplier tender process including development of scope, input to the tender evaluation and clarification activities
Review design deliverables
Participate in safety activities
Work with design Engineers to ensure that interfaces are well controlled
Your ProfileEducated to first degree level in Mechanical Engineering or Process Engineering
Implementation of international mechanical engineering standards.
Collaborative working with certifying and verification bodies.
Knowledge of mechanical engineering needed to manage the quality control of contractor technical work; ensuring appropriate techniques and standards are adopted.
Ability to find and communicate to contractors, in a proactive way, solutions that meet project requirements.
Commenting on documents and drawings in a constructive manner that identifies non compliances and errors.
Good understanding of interfacing disciplines.
Has good working knowledge of basic business principles (finance, commercial, etc).
Very good organisation and communication skills
International experience especially in Russia and Kazakhstan
English and Russian skills MANDATORY
Working permit holders for Kazakhstan (Russian or Kazakh citizens) is a valuable asset.
