• analizarea doctrinei si jurisprudentei;
• redactarea si verificarea contractelor comerciale ;
• redactarea documentelor juridice cu un nivel mediu de complexitate - adrese, cereri, notificari;
• furnizarea de suport in cadrul proiectelor echipei juridice;
• reprezentare in instanta, litigii comerciale, litigii de munca, recuperare debite;
• relatii cu diverse institutii;
- Licentiat in stiinte juridice;
- Cunostinte de limba engleza;
- Cunostiinte de Drept civil,Drept comercial, Dreptul muncii;
- Cunostinte de operare PC: MS Office;
- Carnet de conducere categ. B;
- Experienta de min. 2 ani intr-un post similar;
