The role of a Trade Marketing Consultant is to develop a strong and long term business partnership with point of sales decision makers within allocated territory aiming to grow brands awareness and exceed volume objectives.
Main responsibilities:
• Ensure optimum presence and visibility of the products ;
• Build and foster excellent relationships with the trade representatives ;
• Permanently search for improving business with existing customers and identifying new business opportunity within allocated territory ;
• Propose and manage territory investments, through proper matching of consumer profiles, brand knowledge and optimization of allocated budget ;
• Inform and advise Points of Sales staff about promotion campaigns and business developments projects ;
• Ensure proper installation and placement of related promotional materials;
• Acquire deep territory knowledge trough analyses of data’s, consumer and market trends, and proper identification of hi-potential development areas;
• Prepare activity reports.
• University degree / student in final years of studies;
• Minimum 1-3 years sales experience in FMCG market;
• Very good communication skills;
• Outstanding achiever and action oriented attitude;
• Proven customer focus skills and problem solving capabilities;
• Team player with high concern for order and quality;
• Wide creativity and sound organizational agility;
• Very good English knowledge and PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint);
• Clean driving license (B category, minimum 1 year experience).
