RESPONSABILITATI

Zebra works with and through their Channel partner community, in 2016 we launched brand new Channel partner program, and in your role you would be a central point of contact for Zebra Technologies‘ business partners from entire EMEA region, supporting them in number of areas such as:
- Providing daily support to Zebra Partners and distributors on Zebra Partner program and program tools and benefits etc.
- Working with Zebra Partners on on- and off-boarding as well as transitioning to the new channel program and developing their awareness of Partner program structure, requirements, benefits and tools
- Maintaing partner database and parter systems of record to ensure accurate and timely update of Partner Master Data

In your role you would also:
- Work closely and liaise with Channel operations and Channel sales team as well as other Zebra associates to resolve and escalate problems ensuring high internal and external customer satisfaction
- Perform administrative channel operations tasks
- Support Channel Sales team with their questions related to Partner program and tools

- Customer focused with good communication skills both spoken and written
- Action oriented
- Strong problem solving
- Excellent time and task management with ability to multitask
- Calm and assured manner with ability to deliver results under pressure either as an individual or as part of a team
- Ability to work with systems and data entry skills
- Administration or customer service related type of experience desirable
Language skills:
- Advanced English
- Fluent in one or more of the following languages: German, French
- Any other additional Europian language is a plus
