# Develop / conduct commodity analysis

# Develop long term procurement strategy of locally purchased material according to Procurement strategy Targets breakedown and plan improvement activities to reach goals
# Ensure continuous supplier management and interaction
#
# Ensure identification and selection of suppliers, negotiations and establishing of commercial conditions aligned with Corporate StandardsImplement effective inventory management strategies utilizing both own warehouse and those of third party providers, if needed
# Ensure planning, coordination and prioritisation of the tasks for the Logistic area
# Select high performing team members and built the team by creating high level of team spirit and engagement
#
Continously coach direct reports and ensure development of their functional expertise Assess and improve performance
