* Provide technical and commercial offers , which means to understand customer requirements, and if this are not sufficiently clear, to request additional information;
* Help customers to choose the best solution/ equipment;
* Update price lists and technical documentation;
* Collaborate with marketing department to implement specific actions and coordinate the translation into Romanian of technical literature (brochures manual, and so on);
* Centralize technical information from customers;
* Operate and maintain databases of customers in the CRM system.
* Bachelor Degree - Electrical Engineer, Electronics or Automation.
* Knowledge in the field of automation and electrical drives;
* Knowledge about the frequency converters for motors;
* Knowledge about HVAC, water supply facilities or water treatment installation;
* Knowledge in operating Microsoft Office programs;
* Knowledge of SAP;
* Be able to communicate well in both written and spoken English;
* Manage to identify and solve problems encountered;
* Be concerned with work processes improving;
* Cooperative person, with an open mind and team spirit;
* Able to work independently and complete the tasks;
* Resistant to stress.
