RESPONSABILITATI

The person hired for the position will be responsible for:

• 1st line support and advisory of international customers in IT;
• The coordination of rapid and appropriate responses, including: channeling requests for help to appropriate functions for resolution, monitoring progress;
• The maintenance of an inventory of equipment supported by the Service Desk together with logs of user details, problems and resolutions, for administration and planning purposes.

The position will be located in our office in Bydgoszcz.


CERINTE

• Fluent German (min. B2+),
• English (min. B1),
• Basic knowledge of IT,
• Willingness to learn,
• Good organization of work,
• Good communication skills,
• Teamwork skills.
