-Able to build and maintain business relationships with suppliers, clients;

-Check in/check out of the goods from the warehouse;
-Responsible for the safe keeping of all stock located within the warehouse;
-Controls and monitors the movement of all inventory items and ensures that inventory items are available when required;
-Works closely with procurement department & finance department;
-Responsible for all incoming deliveries and shipment;
-Operates procedures for activities such as verification of incoming to and outgoing from of equipment / materials shipments from the warehouse;
-Handling and disposition of inventory items and keeping warehouse inventory current and accurate;
-Compares deliveries with specifications indicated on purchase orders/contract document and prepares discrepancy reports for any item not in compliance;
-Inspects physical condition of the storage area, materials and equipment In conjunction with the Financial Controller undertakes physical inventories if
required;
-Keeps the warehouse clean and presentable;
-Control of received equipment, tools, materials and consumables;
-Annual check of the equipment and overview of any other periodical checks;
-Inventories (monthly, yearly, etc);
-Preparing material requests;
-Control of documents for received goods, certificates, invoices, etc;
-Labeling the items;
-Maintains inventory; Uses inventory management software;
-Prepares purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock;
-Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
-Implementation of Health, Environmental, Safety and Quality requirements;
-Works within the company’s policies, objectives and quality management system.

Our client is a company founded in 2007 as the daughter of the German company in Munchen. Its activity: design and assembling works, repairs, services and maintenance for the chemical and petrochemical industry.
Candidate profile:
-Minimum high-school degree;
-Minimum 2 year experience in logistics, warehouses, goods management;
-Fluent command in English (speaking and writing) – mandatory condition;
-Knowledge German language is an additional advantage;
-Very good computer skills (Ms. Office, excel is a must), Outlook;
-High motivation for various tasks and working in multicultural team;
-Logical thinking;
-Highly developed analytical and organizational skills, structured and disciplined person;
-Driving – B – mandatory.
