Processing requests, processing of tenders for the project calculation.
Manages contracts, check the contents of contracts, manages complaints.
Appreciate the risks and take steps to minimize these risks.
Has responsibility of quality, costs, deadlines respecting .
Preparation and presentation of relevant data.
Project orders checking(intermediate and subsequent calculation), cost control.
Reports and documentation (submission to the authorities and client documents, records verification, piping isometric, detailed drawings).
Contact person and representative of the company in all matters that concern the project, in collaboration with internal departments.
Decisions about solving nonconformities.
Coordination of subcontractors.
Resources management (orders, technical-economic documentation, materials, labor, equipment and machinery, working front.
Prepare documentation for reimbursement.
Min. 5 years relevant work experience in the projects management, pipeline and construction field.
Technical , completed education as mechanical engineer.
Gas authorized IT, IIT, will be considered an additional asset.
Very good communication skills in English and Romanian language.
German skills would be an additional asset.
Solid knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and CAD, MS Excel, PowerPoint
Able to work in team as well as on own initiatives
