¿ Monitors orders & ensures compliance ¿ Ensures full execution of sales & purchase orders and contracts, highlights any deviations from contract terms & conditions and proposes corrective measures;
¿ Keeps constant contact with suppliers regarding delivery dates and delivery documents compliance;
¿ Creates supplier orders based on agreed conditions negotiated by buyers in line with the Procurement Process and Guidelines;
¿ Provides support for internal clients and proactively assists them in applying the P2P process, in line with the Procurement Process;
¿ Provides support to the other members of the Procurement department and all internal clients.
¿ High School graduated ¿ Economical profile(University diploma would be a plus);
¿ Computer literate(knowledge of the SAP system would be a plus);
¿ Fluency in English(German or French would be a plus);
¿ Ability in working with numbers;
¿ Excellent communication & influencing skills;
¿ Excellent analytical skills.
