Job description
- involved in projects to implement newly developed processes into the production area- calculation of times for production operations and changes, calculation of financial impact for clients
- create ODS standard times and procedures related to them , coordinates sewing cell layout
- participates and takes decision in the test phases of the process, evaluates the feasibility of the entire production process, including for components, parts, etc considering the targets that have to be achieved
- improve constantly the sewing process , including efficiency, ergonomically level and other production issues
- cooperate with automation and maintenance departments to fulfill the adjustment requirements of special machines,propose automation solutions for sewing process
- receives and inspects documentation and samples including management of the sampling and testing, client specification and others- performs production audits
- initiates process changes and evaluates them, according to the JC standards
- manage VAVE activities
- searches, develops and implements new technologies- contributes to achievement of goals and gradual fulfillment of quality policy
Requirements
- university degree in technical field
- experience in sewing or technical field
- fluent in English;- German language knowledge - is a plus
- excellent computer skills; MS Office, AUTOCAD, Lotus Notes,
- good knowledge of technical drawing - is a must
