RESPONSABILITATI

•Understand customer requirements for support services

•Handle all incoming telephone inquiries and requests in a timely professional manner

•Analyze information and develop solutions to meet the customer’s business and technical requirements

•Participate in team huddles and required trainings

•Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience


CERINTE

•Fluency in Italian (advanced) and good command of English (intermmediate) is a must

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Customer centricity

•Proactive in solving day to day issues

•Flexible, well-motivated team player & ability to work under pressure

•Basic experience in MS Office, MS based applications
