RESPONSABILITATI

To take responsibility for the organisation’s efforts to grow itsincome streams, and hence ensure identifying strategic business opportunitiesin order to generate revenue. This position requires a person who has theability to recognize opportunities, along with the sales experience tosuccessfully negotiate and close deals.
Responsibilities:
Achieve Profit and Sales targets;
Builds market position by locating, developing, defining,negotiating, and closing business relationships;
Ensures that market requirements are met in terms of customerrelations;
Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integrationof new projects; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs andgoals;
Continuously seeks ways to increase sales and profit margins, toreduce costs and expenses and improve the overall performance of the Company;
Liaise with all other key departments, in order to ensure maximumsupport is provided to assist in the achievement of commercial targets;
Acquire business and customer intelligence to enhance customerrelationship management;
Elaborate account management strategies and implement them toimprove market penetration;
Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail inensuring all sales opportunities to Lugera are captured and explored;
Respond to tenders and requests for information in a timelymanner;
Manage a tailored sales process to achieve targets / KPI’s.

Proven success in your sales ability and demonstrable fullknowledge of the sales process;
Confident negotiator;
Strong client management skills ;
Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generateideas and solutions;
A positive and determined approach to researching and analysingnew business opportunities;
Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail;
Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks;
Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral,email, telephone, and presentation;
Excellent organisational and time management skills;
A positive attitude to dealing with people;
Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as anindividual;
Driving license;
