¿ Obtaining permits for any new construction as well as additions to existing buildings, including structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, manufactured housing, boiler and elevator work;
¿ Filling in the permit application for building permit;
¿ Elaborating the documentation necessary in order to obtain the Urban Certificate.
¿ Submission to the local authorities the necessary documents for obtaining permits mentioned in Urban Certificate.
¿ Technical University degree;
¿ Previous work experience in oil and gas field such as:
Onshore and offshore oil and gas pipelines
Pumping stations
Compressor stations
Gas distribution facilities
Flow stations
Terminals
Tank farms
Underground storage facilities
Tanker loading and unloading facilities
Natural gas treatment plants
Production facilities;
¿ Fluency in written and spoken English;
¿ Excellent communication, negotiation and organization skills;
¿ Analytical thinking manner, results oriented
¿ Ability to work flexibly and reliably in a team and be mobile to work in international projects abroad.
¿ Availability to work in the office in München is required.
