RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR - Pitesti Area

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization;
• Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units;
• Create and implement employment marketing strategies to attract passive job seekers;
• Acts as contact point between the company and recruitment services suppliers;
• Work closely with local recruiters to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process and partners satisfaction;
• Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity;
• Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects;
• Develop and implement recruitment processes for the company in Romania (together with corporate and local responsible);
• Keep an extensive network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees;
• Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives
• Works on the development of employer brand building strategies and processes;
• Acts as "super user" and manager of the e-recruitment system;
• Once the successful candidate has been selected the Recruiter is responsible for the pre-employment checks and for the start of the on-boarding process together with the local HR to enhance the new hire experience.


CERINTE

Requirements:

• At least 5-6 years of staffing/recruitment experience, strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization up to corporate staff and top management positions;
• Recruitment agency and multinational production company experience;
• Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience;
• Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources;
• Experienced with supplier management;
• Strong orientation on internal customer and external applicant satisfaction;
• Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office and in depth knowledge of data mining and internet research;
• Experience in general HR functions is preferred;
• Strong ability to build relationships, network, and proactively identify future talent;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work well with metrics, numbers and trends;
• Excellent English language skills both verbal and written.
