Pentru o cunoscuta companie multinationala, leoHR recruteaza:

Inspector Resurse Umane - Pitesti

Responsabilitati:

- Intocmeste si arhiveaza documente ale angajatilor referitoare la angajare, modificari salariale /pozitii/transferuri interne, incetare (fişe lichidare);
- Intocmeste/ elibereaza adeverinte pentru angajati;
- Este responsabil/a de gestionarea dosarelor angajatilor;
- Intocmeste dosare de pensie - limita varsta, invaliditate, anticipata, urmas etc.;
- Realizeaza acte aditionale la contractele de munca daca este necesar (transferuri, etc.);
- Realizeaza acte aditionale in urma deciziilor colective;
- Opereaza in sap modificari in limita autoritatii – nice to have;
- Opereaza in Revisal modificarile conform legislatiei in vigoare – nice to have.


CERINTE

Candidatul ideal:

- Experienta in domeniul administrarii de personal minim 2-3 ani;
- Studii superioare;
- Curs Inspector Resurse Umane;
- Persoana cu abilitati de organizare si comunicare, spirit de echipa, seriozitate.
