• Responsible for continuous analysis of feasibility for assembly of the product associated to the process FMEA;
• Defining in collaboration with the other members of the team, the implementation of process FMEA and follow actions with quality technician;
• Analyzing the requirements of assembly or assembly components in the product and to make the specifications of the production means associated;
• Managing revisions of concept of the peripheral respecting the periodicity of the development planning and the needs of the production plant;
• Defining the packaging adapted to the product, to validate them with the customer and with the chosen suppliers;
• Following the evolution of the sector with the means at his disposal;
• Respecting scrupulously the procedures in effect;
• Realizing proposals and assessments together with the product technician and provides solutions throughout the whole development;
• Validating technical and technological solutions with the help of other specific TC or production process or expert technicians;
• Orientating and validating the work of supplier’s providers chosen throughout the project;
• Carrying out the adjustments of peripherals and their modifications both internal and external until
• SOP+6months;
• Participating in the economic follow-up and planning throughout the whole development;
• Using the return of experience of the production plants in order to apply lessons learned and to feed the process database.
• Technical engineer or FPII;
• Minimum 5 years experience in plastic parts in the automotive industry;
• Knowledge in interpretation of drawing/product design (training will be applied if required);
• Knowledge of FMEA (training will be applied if required);
• Knowledge of Robotics and automation (training will be applied if required);
