The nominees will coordinate an agency s entire activity, manage a team of professionals, promote Alpha Bank products and services and identify opportunities for business development; she/ he will establish highly professional long-term relationships with the customers and prepare reports for management.
- University degree in Economics;
- At least 3+ years experience in banking system (in RON and FX clientele, operations and retail credit-related areas) out of which min. 2 years experience preferably in a similar position or performing a supervisory activity within customer desk / credit departments of a branch/ an agency;
-Knowledge of banking legislation and NBR s regulations;
- Analytical thinking and a general professional approach are needed;
- Good command of English, both spoken and written;
- Leadership, communication and interpersonal relating skills;
- Presentation, negotiation and selling skills;
- Well organized, team-oriented, with initiative and a positive attitude;
- Reliable, self-confident and highly responsible person.

Denumirea noii banci, rezultata in urma fuziunii, este Alpha Bank.
