Job expirat
The person will organize, supervise and follow up the production and actively manage the people in his department (25 persons). He will closely work together with the planning department, with the other department production managers and with the plant manager to ensure smooth processing of orders.
The person will seek for continuously improved production efficiency, on-time delivery and quality (ISO 9001).
The person must have proven people managing skills.
He must be a good organizer and show precision in his work.
Has at least 5 to 10 years of experience in this type of position.
Has a university, engineering degree or similar through proven experience and results.
Speaks and writes English well.
Has good computer skills (Excel, mainframe,…)
Has a pro-active and positive drive.
