General TLs responsibilities:
 Team management responsibilities ;
 Build the identity of the team and the TEAM;
 Coordinate the research agents and all activities in the team;
 Track the personal and professional development of your agents;
 Coach each member of your team;
 Presence at the Management Meetings, meetings with the customer;
 Communication with the Customer;
 Presence at the Preparation Meetings, Team Building and Planning Moments together with the Management Team;
Individuals should provide evidence of experience and results in:
 Telemarketing industry
 Customer Service
 Interest and knowledge of IT field
 Working in Excel especially with databases, graphics and interpreting them
 Foreign Languages: English and German / English and Franch
