General TLs responsibilities:
Team management responsibilities ;
Build the identity of the team and the TEAM;
Coordinate the research agents and all activities in the team;
Track the personal and professional development of your agents;
Coach each member of your team;
Presence at the Management Meetings, meetings with the customer;
Communication with the Customer;
Presence at the Preparation Meetings, Team Building and Planning Moments together with the Management Team;
Individuals should provide evidence of experience and results in:
Telemarketing industry
Customer Service
Interest and knowledge of IT field
Working in Excel especially with databases, graphics and interpreting them
Foreign Languages: English and German / English and Franch
Leadership skills
Experience in coordinating a team of 1 year at least
Experience in sales would be an advantage
